As you know, The Dive Bar is always booking the coolest local bands in all of South Florida. We feature many different types of bands and sounds. That way you can get a taste of many different varieties of music as there are sooo many good ones. So whether you like reggae, classic rock, cover bands, punk or metal, there is going to a local band playing that you will wanna check out. So let’s take a look at the upcoming June live shows at The Dive Bar.
June 1st – Sippin’ Fire (South Florida Rock & Contemporary Hits Cover Band)
Sippin’ Fire is a super cool cover band led by a “fiery” lead singer Karina Raynolds. The band is also made up of Dany Roy on electric guitar & vocals, Ansley Wolak on bass guitar & vocals, Ken Quistff on drums & vocals, & JC Vazz on keyboard.
Karina was born in Jerusalem, Israel. When she turned fourteen her family moved to the United States where she involved herself in musicals & high school shows. She went on to sing the National Anthem at baseball events, for the Mets & Cardinals, and kept herself busy at church on the praise & worship team.
She currently enjoys singing at clubs, bars & other events with the “Sippin Fire” band. Her love for music continues & if anyone has watched her perform they’ll see the passion she has. Her dynamic and powerful sucks you right into her performance.

PayBack Band is an experienced, professional band playing Classic Rock/Country Music with a vast experience of providing music from private parties to opening up for major headliners. PayBack Band is based in and around the South Florida area.

June 15th & 16th – Sweet Nothings Band (Classic Rock Cover Band)
The Sweet Nothings Band consists of five members. LisaMac is the lead vocalist and a native Floridian. She loves music and her band! She comes from a musical family and from a child, she has been in many bands and groups performing jazz, rock, pop, R&B, and reggae. Classically trained, her vocal range is from first soprano to tenor. She has recorded professionally and her list of musical influences are but not limited to: Prince, Michael Jackson, Jill Scott, Lauryn Hill, Celine Dion, and many more. In 2012 helped to form SNB.
Edgar is also a lead vocalist. He has been playing since 1981, on and off in bands playing modern rock and pop in the Philippines. As well as modern and classic rock in South Florida with LAS, String Band, and X Band to name a few. His influences are Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, and John Petrucci. In 2012 helped to form SNB.
Ray is on rhythm and vocals. With many years of experience, this Rhode Islander is influenced by Eric Clapton, Billy Gibbons, and Jimmy Page. He has been a member of many bands including Frenz, The Sand Band, Sour Mash, Sid Said So, The Fiascoes, and Latitude 26 to name a few. In 2012 he helped to form SNB. He also is an avid guitar collector.
Rich is on bass and vocals. He is originally from Brooklyn, NY. Rich began playing bass and guitar in ‘65. He moved to Florida in ‘89 and played with Wide Open Throttle, The Bluz, and Grays Band and Latitude 26 and SNB. His influences include Jimi Hendrix, Paul McCartney, The Beatles, and Jack Bruce.
Marc has played in many bands including Pole, Atomic Daze, Toxic Mojo, and the 5.0 Band. His influences include Neil Peart, Phil Collins, Stewart Copeland, Steve Gadd, Simon Phillips, Keith Carlock and Steve Smith to name a few.
June 21st & 22nd – Crazy Fingers (Grateful Dead Tribute Band)
Crazy Fingers performed their first official show at a private party at Ultimate Farms in Delray Beach FL on Halloween, in 1990.
Crazy Fingers opened for national acts and wrote original music which has been recorded on two CDs to date. By the mid 90’s, keyboardist Josh Foster began joining the band for special events and statewide shows.
Through a series of brief changes in the lineup and settled it’s longest lineup of Bubba, Pete, Corey, Rich, and Josh. In 2014 the band lost Corey to a tragic car accident. It was a huge blow to the band yet even through tough times the band has managed to continue.
The current Crazy Fingers roster is Rich, Josh, Pete, Bubba, and Johnny, keeping the band alive and continuing to play on a weekly basis throughout the state of Florida. To this day Crazy Fingers has played over 5,000 live shows.
June 24th & 25th – Aces & Kings (Classic Rock & Alt Rock Cover Band)
From the beaches of the Sunshine State, to Cleveland and all the way from South America, Aces and Kings is a South Florida Rock Band that brings a loaded deck of decades of diverse musical experience to your events and venues. The band puts that experience to work to keep guests and patrons engaged and the spirits flowing!
The band was formed by rhythm guitarist Fred King with his son guitarist and vocalist Eric King. The band has been playing its brand of classic and alternative rock and blues covers on stages big and small throughout South Florida ever since. The members of Aces and Kings are Fred King – rhythm guitar and vocals, Eric King – lead guitar and vocals, Geoffrey Short – lead vocals, Federico Castro – Bass and Max Gegerson – drums. Aces and Kings comes equipped with a full lighting and sound package customizable to your event and venue.
June 29th & 30th – Friday at Five Band (Open Format Cover Band)
